BEAUTY FORUM FAIR – The largest cosmetic event in Poland is behind us. On April 23rd and 24th, 2022 at PTAK Warsaw EXPO in Nadarzyn near Warsaw 34th edition of BEAUTY FORUM fairs by Cosmoprof took place.
The BEAUTY FORUM fair is a long-awaited annual meeting place for professionals, enthusiasts and adepts of aesthetics, organized for nearly 25 years. Here, participants can establish new business contacts, expand their knowledge and learn about latest trends from beauty sector. The event combines business and education with attractions for its visitors. The offer of the fair, as always, has been adapted to the needs of both experienced professionals and students who are polishing their skills.
Clear thematical division
The 34th BEAUTY FORUM fair edition hosted 157 exhibitors presented on the area of 14 000 m² and nearly by 7,000 visitors.
The organizer implemented division of exhibition zones: classic and apparatus cosmetics, classic makeup and PMU, podiatry, nails and eyelashes and the Exclusive Zone – an area reserved for people interested in establishing business contacts, without a direct sales offer. Such a division of the exhibition space allowed visitors to reach a selected group of customers and potential partners.
High-level education
The BEAUTY FORUM fair is not only a live meeting and an opportunity to establish and maintain business contacts. On the area of over 4,000 m², a congress was conducted at a high substantive level, under the patronage of the most eminent lecturers and guests of this cosmetic nationwide event. Adepts of the industry gained knowledge and new experience, watching the best of the best.
Inspiring and substantive lectures were conducted in the field of: care and equipment, PMU, eyelashes and eyebrows, makeup, podiatry, business and law. Participation in the fair is a great opportunity to learn about cosmetic novelties or buy cosmetics with discounts. As usual, it was possible to talk to many specialists and to establish new contacts.
Inspirations, trends, emotions
During the BEAUTY FORUM fair, two stages stole the popularity:
Make-up Point and Beauty & Nail Point, where shows in the field of cosmetics, makeup, styling and nail art took place, and championships and competitions award ceremonies were presented. For two days, a total of 34 shows and finals took place, which provided knowledge, inspiration and emotions.
We know the masters
During this year’s BEAUTY FORUM Fair, three competitions were held to select makeup masters: two of them were conducted for students of cosmetic and makeup schools, one for professionals.
The Young Talents Competition for the BLUE DIAMOND Cup for students of cosmetic schools was accompanied by the theme GothicGeisha. On the first step of the podium stood Maja Galińska.
In the Young Talents Competition for the RED DIAMOND Cup, students of make-up schools competed, „breaking brushes” in Art of make-up – power of colors! Winner: Adrain Hyzopski.
The greatest emotions accompanied the Polish Makeup Championships for professional make-up artists. According to the judges, the natural glow issue was best handled by Roksana Gajda. The winner will represent Poland during the BEAUTY FORUM MUNICH Fair and the accompanying International Makeup Championships (1-02.10.2022).

There is no beauty without peace
At the fair, a special zone THERE IS NO BEAUTY WITHOUT PEACE was created, where a charity collection for the victims of the war in Ukraine was conducted. Health and Beauty Media
Sp. z o.o., as a member of the international group BolognaFiere COSMOPROF, launched on March 8th a campaign under the slogan: THERE IS NO BEAUTY WITHOUT PEACE. One polish zloty from each sold ticket to the fair supported the aid campaign for Ukraine, and additionally 30% of the obtained amount from “BEAUTY FORUM” magazine subscription sales, during the fair, contributed in the fundraising.
The power of meetings
The pandemic proved the importance of interpersonal relationships in the beauty industry. That is why this year, with redoubled commitment, the participants of the BEAUTY FORUM Fair exchanged experiences, established contacts and built relationships.

BEAUTY FORUM & HAIR September 25th and 26th 2021
On 25-26 September, the long awaited BEAUTY FORUM & HAIR trade fair took place at the Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn. After nearly two years, specialists in the hairdressing and cosmetics industry could finally meet face to face. By combining the worlds of beauty and hairdressing into one exclusive event, the organizer highlighted the significance of cooperation between these sectors and the joint development of the aesthetic market’s future.
218 exhibitors presented themselves on nearly 22 thousand m2. The September edition of the BEAUTY FORUM & HAIR was attended by nearly 10.000 visitors. As part of the International Beauty and Hair Congress, 850 people took advantage of the offered seminars, look & learn courses and discussion panels. Many inspirations were provided by company presentations and shows on three open, thematic stages – BEAUTY POINT, HAIR POINT and BARBER POINT. The generally available Teacher Area hosted lectures and meetings with known educators. The new edition of THE MAKE-UP DAY, which included educational events and presentations, was greeted with great enthusiasm.
Once again the industry could support the actions of the Look Good Feel Better Foundation which celebrated the 15th anniversary of its existence in Poland this year. When purchasing passes to the BEAUTY FORUM fair, buyers could pay a contribution to this organization. In the BEAUTY RAZEM meeting area there were lectures and presentations, the group’s founder, Michał Lenczyński, also signed his recently published book. Hundreds of photos were taken by the pop-up walls. As part of the #beautyniehejtuje campaign, its initiator, Sandra Lewińska, made a presentation at the BEAUTY POINT. The project promoting ethical Internet behavior is intended to contribute effective combating of online hate.

LIVE BEAUTY!
The 32nd BEAUTY FORUM Fair that took place on September 21-22, 2019 in Warsaw is behind us. For professionals in the cosmetics industry, it has been a must in their calendars for years. We were opening the autumn edition for the first time at the GLOBAL EXPO Trade Fair and Conference Center – a modern place that meets the growing needs of exhibitors and the accompanying program.
On nearly 12.5 thousand square meters, over 950 companies and brands presented the latest products, devices and hot beauty trends. Over 13,000 visitors took part in the fair. They had the opportunity to see and test new products, establish interesting business contacts, learn about innovative technological and marketing solutions.
Clear division into thematic zones: Classic and device cosmetology, Classic and permanent makeup, Podology, Nails and eyelashes, facilitated access to sought after products and companies. Additional business opportunities were offered by two special zones: Exclusive Zone and International Business Forum.
On the open stages of BEAUTY POINT and MAKE-UP & NAIL POINT, we watched live shows of new treatments and creations of talented stylists, celebrated company anniversaries and applauded the championship winners.
As part of the INTERNATIONAL COSMETIC CONGRESS 1,159 professionals took part in 32 seminars. In addition, three discussion panels were devoted to important professional topics. The high substantive level of the lecture, carefully selected topics as well as the impressive knowledge and experience of Polish and foreign lecturers met with great recognition of the listeners.
The INFLUENCERS ABOUT BEAUTY conference was a novelty at the fair – for bloggers, vlogers and influencers who create high-quality professional content related to the beauty and cosmetics industry.
At the stand of the BEAUTY FORUM magazine, we hosted the BEAUTIFUL LIFE FOUNDATION, organizing care and make-up workshops in oncology centers. The ongoing case supported the fund for women suffering from cancer.
Unforgettable emotions accompanied the CHAMPIONSHIPS held during the fair. Following the development of the industry, we have added two competitions. In addition to the 10th Black & White Hybrid Manicure Championships, the 9th Facepainting Trophy Championships and the 7th Eyelash Styling Championships by volumetric method for the first time, we have selected the most talented Perfect Brows eyebrow stylists and NailArt Express salon stylists. The winners of the Polish Eyelash Styling Championships and the Polish Facepainting Trophy Championships will take part in international competitions during the BEAUTY FORUM fair in Munich 2019.

Hairdressing trends and hits!
A modern place, meetings with the greatest authorities of the hairdressing and barber industry, spectacular shows and metamorphoses, education, competitions and championships – this is the quintessence of what happened on October 19-20, 2019 during the 6th Hair Forum hairdressing fair at the GLOBAL EXPO Trade Fair and Conference Center in Warsaw.
The exhibitors used the comfortable space perfectly at the GLOBAL EXPO Center, where – for the first time – they hosted the Hair Forum Fair. Visitors gathered around many stands, admiring the presented products and treatments, as well as interesting shows, competitions, meetings with trendsetters.
Positive opinions of exhibitors, experts and visitors confirm that the event is important and perfectly reflects the dynamics and ambitions of Polish hairdressing and barbering. Thanks to cooperation with many representatives of the industry and outstanding practitioners, the event presents hot trends, provides knowledge and tools for professional development, all in an attractive setting of a rich accompanying program, in which many novelties have appeared.
For the first time we were privilged to honor the winners of the competition for the hairdressing industry POLISH HAIR-DRESSING AWARDS 2019. During the grand finale on October 19th, awards were presented in three categories: Personalities of the hairdressing industry, Marketing and Business, Products and Treatments. For the first time we hosted the MORE BEAUTIFUL LIFE FOUNDATION, which supports women suffering from cancer by organizing care and make-up workshops.
PREMIERE CONGRESS
We focused on a new quality of educational offer, offering participants a refreshed program of the INTERNATIONAL HAIRDRESSING CONGRESS.
Meeting with Star Patrick Cameron, practical LOOK & LEARN seminars, the program of which was created in cooperation with well-known hairdressing academies such as Yes Academy, Gnatyshyn Academy, Pivot Point, Adam Szulc Barber, as well Fryzjerzy.com, Hipertin, and – for the first time – lectures in the field of marketing, strategy and broadly understood business in the hairdressing industry – attracted both experienced hairdressers, barbers, stylists with many years of practice, as well as those who are at the beginning of their professional path.
LIVE SHOW
The place of the most original stylistic creations, combined with the spectacle of music, lights and modern technologies, was the MAIN STAGE. Unforgettable impressions were aroused by the original shows of the greatest celebrities of hairdressing and barber art from Poland and abroad. We were inspired by: Patrick Cameron, Maria Korzeniowska, Mario Mayer, OMC Poland – Polish Hairdressing Team, Gnatyshyn Academy, Dorota Wodzińska, Gandini Team, Mr. Barbers Academy, Robert Wypych, Anagra School.
Barbering fans could, for two days, admire the masters of men’s haircut and shaving, who shared their knowledge and experience on the open stage of BARBER’S CORNER. Craftsmanship was presented by: Mario Mayer, Rafał Marczak, Lucjan Szajbel, Kamil Cesarski, Kamil Turlej, Dawid Kawczyński, Sameh Soliman, Marcin Prochalski, Krzysztof Chodorski, Wojciech Karwat and Bartosz Marcinkowski.
KNOWLEDGE AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
On the CONGRESS STAGE, available to a wide audience, valued trainers revealed the secrets of haircut, coloring and hair styling. In the STUDENT ZONE, students of hairdressing schools under the supervision of masters of the profession perfected their skills. Teachers, looking for new methods and teaching tools, used the TEACHER ZONE with a program of lectures and discussions.
MASTERS AMONG YOU
As always, a lot of emotions accompanied the championships, which became the hallmark of the Hair Forum. Interesting competitions, excellent organization and an international jury convinced many ambitious candidates to participate, and the trophies won will decorate subsequent hairdressing and barber salons. This year we settled the competition: Hair Master Cup, Barber’s Battle, Young Talent Cup and two novelties: Perfect Beard and Hot Shave – International Battle.
