The website www.beauty-fairs.com.pl is run by the company Health and Beauty Media sp. z o. o. with seat in Warsaw (02-954), Poland, at the address Królowej Marysieńki 9/ 10, Polish National Court Register no. KRS 0000043094 – an organiser of trade fairs and events in the cosmetic product and hairdressing industry.
The website www.beauty-fairs.com.pl is used by Health and Beauty Media sp. z o. o. of Warsaw, Poland, for the purpose of publication of information about current activities of the Company, including planned trade fairs and events, and for the purpose of publication of reports from events that are already completed.
Any persons interested in participating in trade fairs and events organised by Health and Beauty Media sp. z o. o. may, by way of the website www.beauty-fairs.com.pl, register for participation in the events, however, registration itself is effected upon redirection from the website www.beauty-fairs.com.pl to the website proper used for the registration itself, by way of which website trade fair registration is handled.
The website www.beauty-fairs.com.pl may be used by persons interested in receiving current information on topics related to the activity of Health and Beauty Media sp. z o. o. of Warsaw and the events organised by the Company, to register to the newsletter, whereby the registration can be cancelled at any time.
The website www.beauty-fairs.com.pl does not allow users to make any entries, and the website does not allow mutual contact or the exchange of correspondence between users.
The website www.beauty-fairs.com.pl allows users to purchase tickets to trade fairs organised by Health and Beauty Media sp. z o. o. and to accompanying events.

Terms and conditions of the on-line sale system of tickets for events organised by Health and Beauty Media sp. z o. o. in Warsaw, operating within the website www.beauty-fairs.com.pl.
1. Definitions
The following terms used in the following regulations shall have the following meanings:
1) Ticket – an electronically-generated confirmation of the conclusion of a contract by the Customer with the Organiser, providing the Customer with the right to participate in an Event arranged by the Organiser. Depending on the type of event and its duration, tickets can cover a single day (for a single-day event or a single day of a two-day event) or two days (for two days of a two-day event). The information about the type of the ticket for the given event is indicated during the sale. Beside paid tickets, the Organiser may offer to the Customer free Tickets on the basis of special offers, described respectively by the Organiser in course of the sale of (paid) Tickets to the individual events.
3) Organiser – Health and Beauty Media sp. z o. o. with seat at 02-954 Warsaw, Poland, at the address Królowej Marysieńki 9/ 10, entered into the business register of the Polish National Court Register under no. KRS 0000043094, organising trade fairs, events accompanying trade fairs and conferences, and distributing tickets to events it organises via the On-line System.
5) Seller – Health and Beauty Media sp. z o. o. with seat at 02-954 Warsaw, Poland, at the address Królowej Marysieńki 9/ 10, entered into the business register of the Polish National Court Register under no. KRS 0000043094, selling the magazine it publishes by way of the on-line system and distributing tickets to events it organises.
6) Event – any trade fair arranged by the Organiser or any event accompanying a trade fair – including in particular: seminars, workshops, special events, to which Tickets are distributed via the On-line System.
8) Customer – any person using the On-line System of the Organiser and the Publisher available at www.beauty-fairs.com.pl, and making purchases via this System.
9) Account – bank account of Health and Beauty Media sp. z o. o. used for making payments to the benefit of Health and Beauty Media sp. z o. o. for the purchase of Tickets, single issues of magazines or magazine subscriptions, the number of which is indicated in case of a traditional bank transfer in the e-mail confirming the effecting of the purchase.
10) Terms and Conditions – the present Terms and Conditions of the sale of Tickets.
11) On-line System – electronic sale system of Tickets of Health and Beauty Media sp. z o. o. of Warsaw, allowing the purchase and downloading of Tickets.
12) Payment Card Operator – The Payment Card Operator is PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy, address: Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, entered into the business register of the Polish National Court Register kept by the District Court of Poznań-Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th commercial department of the Polish National Court Register under KRS no. 0000347935, NIP (tax id.) no. 7792369887, REGON (statistical) no. 301345068.
13) Customer Service Department – the point, where Customers are provided with information. Contact with the Customer Service Department is possible via phone or e-mail on business days (Monday-Friday) between 9.00 and 16.30 under the phone number 0048 22 858 79 55, or by e-mail at [email protected].
2. General Provisions
1) The present Terms and Conditions describe the rules of purchase of Tickets from the Seller via the On-line System on the website www.beauty-fairs.com.pl. The purchase of the individual tickets is possible depending on their availability at the time in the On-line system. The Organiser and the Publisher reserve that the offer available via the On-line System is variable depending on the Event calendar and the expansion of the On-line System offer.
2) The Organiser is entitled to stop, at any time, selling Tickets to any given Event via the On-line System.
3) Before any purchase via the On-line System at the website www.beauty-fairs.com.pl, the Customer is obliged to acquaint themselves with the Terms and Conditions uploaded by the Organiser to the website www.beauty-fairs.com.pl, and to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
4) The Seller might not effect a sale via the On-line System in case of an error in operation of the On-line System or an error in the electronic payment system processing a given sale instance, or an error in communication between these two systems.
5) Purchases may be made via the On-line System following the registration of a user account and after logging in to the On-line System via www.beauty-fairs.com.pl or as a Guest, without creating an account and logging in to the On-line System. In order to make a purchase by logging in to the On-line System, one first has to register an account, via which one needs to log in when making a purchase. In order to open an account, the user needs to register via the On-line System by providing the data the System requires. In order to log in, the user has to enter, in the fields indicated by the On-line System, data selected during registration and the log-in password. The Seller is not responsible for the User entering wrong data to the System or is unable to use the System for technical reasons and circumstances not related to the Seller.
6) For purchases made via the On-line System, payments can be made by on-line bank transfer, credit card or traditional bank transfer, whereby not all payment options are available in case of purchases of individual goods. The allowable mode of payment for goods is visible during the purchase process.
7) Any Customer using the On-line System accepts the present Terms and Conditions.
3. Rules and mode of purchase of Tickets via the On-line System
1) In order to purchase a Ticket via the On-line System to an Event selected by the Customer, one must effect the following activities:
1. a) select the number of tickets to be purchased,
2. b) select the mode of payment for the Ticket,
3. c) accept the conditions of purchase of the Ticket,
4. d) acquire an e-mail confirmation of the purchase of the Ticket.
2) The purchase of Tickets by way of the On-line System is effected by the Seller after the receipt of payment from the Customer. Purchases covered by the Przelewy24 payment system, barring any difficulties indicated under item 2, no. 4) of the Terms and Conditions, are effected by the Seller on the day the order is placed and paid for. Purchases made by traditional bank transfer are effected on business days (excluding Saturdays and statutory off days) – two to four business days after the payment is credited on the Seller’s bank account.
3) If the sale of Tickets is covered by promotional regulations, then the regulations of this special offer are indicated each time the sale is made. Ticket purchase options are shown during the sale.
4) During the COVID-19 epidemic, the following particular conditions and terms of Ticket sales are in force:
1. a) The Customer may purchase tickets for themselves and for third parties, whereby making purchases for third parties, the Customer is obliged to indicate the data of the these persons, providing the first and last name and e-mail address. The indicated third-party data will be used for the execution of obligations related to the COVID-19 epidemic,
2. b) A Customer purchasing Tickets for themselves will be asked to voluntarily provide an information on whether they are vaccinated or not,
3. c) The Customer will be asked to complete the epidemiological survey required by the Polish Head Sanitary Inspector, the template for which is available on-line under www.beauty-fairs.com.pl/ankietaepidemiologiczna, and at the entrance to the trade fair.
If downloaded from the website, the survey should be printed, completed and brought to the event, to which the Customer had purchased the Ticket. If the Customer paid tickets for third parties, they are obliged to provide the persons, for whom the tickets were purchased, asking them to obligatorily fill in the survey and bring it along to the event.
The paper form of the survey available at the event entrance should be completed by the Customer and shown when entering the event.
4. Rights due to purchase of Tickets
1) A Ticket allows a single person to enter an event.
2) A Ticket that is illegible, destroyed or damaged does not allow participation in an event, and will be considered invalid. The Organiser reserves the possibility of emergence of special events, thanks to which event participation will be possible on the basis of a duplicate ticket issued by the Organiser.
3) Should the Ticket received by the Customer from the Organiser be illegible, destroyed, damaged or if it does not conform to the order made, the Customer shall immediately, however, not later than within 30 days of receiving the Ticket from the Organiser, and at the same time, not later than seven business days before the date of the Event, be obliged to deliver such a Ticket to the address of the Organiser, at Królowej Marysieńki 9/ 10, 02-954 Warszawa, Poland, in order to have the Ticket replaced with a proper ticket that is in line with the order. If the Customer does not receive a proper ticket at least three days before the Event, they should immediately contact the Customer Service Department.
4) In case of any doubts as to whether the data of the Ticket holder conform to the data on the Ticket, the Organiser has the right to request the Ticket holder to show proof of identity for the purpose of verification. In case the data on the Ticket would differ from data of the Ticket holder, the Organiser reserves the right to decline access by such a person to the Event, for which the Ticket was purchased.
5) A school student reduced ticket may be used by persons younger than 26 years of age, who will hold and show at entry a valid school or student identity card issued by a school or higher-education facility providing education in a field related to the cosmetic product and/ or hairdressing industry.
5. Mode of payment for the Tickets
1) Within the scope of a single order, the Customer may purchase a larger volume of Tickets, individual issues of magazines or subscriptions in line with the information on their availability, visible when making the purchase at www.beauty-fairs.com.pl.
2) Before making the purchase, the Customer is obliged to verify the correctness of data indicated in the order and the data indicated on the Ticket.
3) The On-line System allows the following modes of payment for Tickets to the Beauty Forum & Hair trade fair (Autumn edition) and the Beauty Forum (Spring edition):
1. a) electronic transfer in the Przelewy24 system (the list of banks, through which payments can be made, is shown when the order is placed).
2. b) the BLIK mobile payment system
3. d) credit card.
4) Any additional costs related to payments for Tickets are borne by the Customer.
5) When placing the order, the Customer is shown a specific time, during which they must complete their order. The due amount from the order should be paid by the Customer immediately when the order is placed. Should the Customer choose payment by an electronic transfer in the Przelewy24 system, the payment should be effected within 20 minutes from acceptance of the purchase. If the Customer does not make the payment for the Tickets and/ or magazine issues and/ or subscriptions chosen in the indicated time, these items return to the volume available for sale, and the Customer willing to purchase them should complete the sale procedure again. Should the Customer choose any mode of payment different from Przelewy24, they should effect payment within 72 hours from placing the order. Should the Customer select payment by credit card or the BLIK system, the payment should be effected within the time indicated during order placement.
6) The day of purchase of the Ticket is the day when the resources are credited on the account of the Organiser.
7) Purchases not covered within periods set forth in the Terms, or purchases not completed at all, are automatically cancelled by the On-line System, with such purchases being non-recoverable.
8) Should the money paid by the Customer be credited after the deadline and the sale would not be completed, the Customer is entitled to a return of money credited past the due date.
9) The Customer is obliged to make payments for specific orders in whole. When making payments, the Customer is obliged to indicate, in the reference field of the transfer, the data that they are presented with when placing the order, including the order number.
10) The Customer is obliged to cover a single order with a single transfer.
6. Selection of options of delivery of Tickets purchased via the On-line System through the website www.beauty-fairs.com.pl
1) Tickets purchased by the Customer shall be delivered to the Customer by the Organiser to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer, in electronic form, for printing by the Customer.
2) An electronic ticket shall be delivered to the Customer as soon as the Organiser receives payment.
3) A Ticket with a bar code can be shown by the Customer holding a mobile device during an inspection, on the screen on their mobile device.
7. Completion of Ticket sale
1) Having selected all purchase options of Tickets, the Customer is obliged to check the correctness of data they input or selected, and the details of the order, and subsequently, to confirm the conditions of purchase.
2) Having completed the order process, the Customer receives a confirmation of the order to the e-mail address they indicated.
8. Ticket returns
1) No Ticket purchased in the manner described in the Regulations may be returned for the purpose of reimbursement or replacement by another, save for cancellations of the Event, changes of the date and venue of the Event (save for a change of location within the same locality).
2) In order to receive money back, the Customer is obliged to show proof of purchase of the Ticket.
3) Tickets may be returned by Customers within 30 days from the day of announcement of cancellation of the Event, to which the Ticket was purchased.
4) When returning Tickets, the Customer is obliged to provide a bank account number, to which the ticket price is to be returned, or data for return of funds to an electronic card.
5) The refund covers the price of the Ticket. Purchase or return transaction costs are non-refundable.
6) The return of the Ticket price is effected by bank transfer within 14 business days from the date of receipt of all data necessary for the return.
12. Liability
1) The Customer should indicate to the Organiser all errors and difficulties in the operation of the On-line System.
2) Service quality complaints concerning the Ticket sale system and all difficulties experienced during the order, other events related to the sale process should be reported by the Customer to the Customer Service Department.
3) The Organiser is not responsible for the temporary unavailability of the On-line System due to technical difficulties or circumstances, for which the Organiser is not responsible, and which are outside of the scope of their control.
4) The Organiser is not responsible for the execution of orders with wrong e-mail addresses or wrong data, if the data provided by the Customer is wrong.
13. Protection of personal data
1) The Controller pursuant to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is Health and Beauty Media sp. z o. o. with seat at the address Królowej Marysieńki 9/ 10, Warsaw, Poland. The Customer consents to the processing of their personal data by the Organiser and Publisher in line with the present Terms, and in the extent, to which they have voluntarily consented at the registration of the account via www.beauty-fairs.com.pl. The processing of personal data by the Controller is also based on the provisions of the Polish act of July 18th, 2002, on the provision of electronic services (meaning, Polish Journal of Laws of 2020, item no. 344).
2) At the moment of registration, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data by the Controller, in line with the conditions, and for the purposes described in the privacy policy (http://www.health-and-beauty.com.pl/informacje-prawne/polityka-prywatnosci/) and in line with these Terms and Conditions.
3) The Controller may contract a third party to process data by way of a relevant personal data processing contract in line with provisions of the GDPR.
4) The Customer has the right to view the processed personal data, to have them corrected, amended, removed (right to be forgotten) and to complain against their processing. Detailed data in this regard is found in the Privacy Polish.
14. Miscellaneous
1) Affairs not governed by the present Terms are governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
2) Any and all issues related to orders are governed by the Regulations in force on the day of placement of the order.
3) In case of disputes with Customers, the court of justice responsible for their settlement is the common court of law suitable on the basis of regulations in force.
